Taking special care to protect the rest of your grounds, highly efficient equipment sculpts the depths of your pool and/or spa. Next, our experts hand contour the walls and floor to the exact measurements of your construction plan.

The backbone of your pool and spa comes next. Steel bars are carefully integrated throughout the floor, walls and beams. Steel bars are specially selected according to the shape, size and soil conditions of your project.

Next, your circulation system takes shape. Main drains, skimmers, and water features are plumbed independently of each other. Once complete, all plumbing is pressure tested to ensure top quality connections before proceeding with the next phase. |
Only licensed electrical contractors with a long association with our company are allowed on our jobs. And all work is completed in strict accordance with all local code requirements under our direct supervision.

Your pool really takes shape when the shell is constructed. The time-tested technique of pneumatically applying gunite offers many advantages over conventional concrete placement, including higher density, high strength, lower permeability, higher abrasion resistance, and cold climate performance. Your steps, decks and any beach-type entries are hand sculpted by our experts. |
Tile or stone are expertly applied by experienced masons. The coping material of your choice is then installed along the top edge creating that eye-catching “frame” around the pool and spa. Mosaics, waterfalls and other special features are also constructed at this stage...all by craftsman supervised by our veteran site managers. |
Upon completion and inspection of all electrical, plumbing, gas and drainage lines, decking is installed. You will choose from a huge variety of colors, materials and textures to create your signature look.

Finally, plaster is applied to the gunite shell. In addition to making the shell watertight, plaster provides the long lasting and pleasing finish for your pool or spa. A wide array of color choices are available and can be applied, as well as specialty surfaces such as tile and pebble finishes.
